3. Age Restrictions

4. Orders and Payments

4.3 Payment methods:
- Payments are made via cryptocurrency using third-party processors (e.g., Paygate.to, Banxa.com, Ramp Network, or direct wallet transfers).
- We do not store banking information; payment details are handled by the providers according to their policies.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
4.4 Large orders may experience shipment delays until delivery confirmation is received to prevent fraud.
4.5 We may cancel or refuse orders due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- Technical issues or stock shortages
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violations of these Terms or applicable laws
Refunds are always provided if an order is canceled.
4.6 Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent actions, or abusive behavior toward support may lead to permanent account termination.
5. Shipping and Delivery

5.3 EU Deliveries:
- Lost or customs-seized packages will be reshipped once at no extra cost.
- Replacement is issued after confirmation that the original shipment is lost (no tracking updates for 14 days or explicit loss/seizure notification).
5.4 If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, you must contact the courier. Reshipment cannot be issued if tracking indicates delivery.
5.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, political unrest).
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Defects
6.1 Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once a tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
6.2 Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products leave our facility. All sales are final.
6.3 Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with video proof. Verified claims will receive a prepaid return label and replacement after inspection. Late or unverified claims are not accepted.
6.4 Refunds will be issued via cryptocurrency, even if the original payment method was different.
7. Legal Responsibility
7.1 Terpland.eu ensures products comply with the laws of the shipping origin.
7.2 Customers are responsible for compliance with local import and usage regulations. We are not liable for legal consequences in regions where products are restricted.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Injury, harm, or adverse effects from product use or misuse
- Customs seizures, delays, or confiscations beyond our control (except for EU free reshipment)
- Damages exceeding the total value of the affected order
8.2 Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective or undelivered products, as described in these Terms.

9.1 We only collect personal data necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, and website analytics.
